Meta connection data

Sign in, find your connection under Ad accounts, choose “Disconnect and delete Meta data”, and confirm. This deletes the saved Meta identity, token, account details, and builds and proposal threads that depend on that connection. It does not pause, delete or otherwise change campaigns on Meta.

You can also remove Adplane through Facebook's Business Integrations settings. When Meta sends its signed removal or deletion request, Adplane erases matching connection data across organizations. A data-deletion request through Meta returns a confirmation link showing completion after the database deletion succeeds.

Your Adplane account and uploaded files

To delete your whole account, uploaded source or creative files, copied Meta data in uploaded files, or to request help if you cannot sign in, email adam@generalmotion.studio from your registered email address. Include the project or connection you mean. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will verify the request and confirm its completion by email.

A minimal receipt and keyed identity fingerprint are retained to record the deletion and prevent older in-flight authorizations from restoring it. For operational records or backup copies, include that scope in your request.
