Privacy policy

Information we use

We store your Adplane account name, email, password hash, sessions and CLI authorizations; your projects, uploaded source and creative files; and build results, proposals, comments and review decisions.

When you connect Meta, we receive your Meta user ID and name, granted permissions, an access token and expiry, and accessible ad account IDs, names, currencies and time zones. We use this information to show available accounts and build previews. Saved builds contain the selected account details.

When you open an account, we request its campaigns and last-30-days reporting, including impressions, reach, clicks, spend and conversion categories. These reports are shown in your browser and are not saved to our application database. If you explicitly confirm a pause, we send that instruction to Meta. Connecting an account or approving a proposal does not start advertising.

Purpose, sharing and security

We use this information to provide and secure Adplane, perform actions you request, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests. We do not sell Meta data or use it for unrelated advertising. Meta receives API requests necessary for the features you use.

Cloudflare hosts our application and project files, PlanetScale hosts our database, and Axiom receives operational telemetry. These service providers process information needed to run Adplane. We store Meta tokens encrypted and do not return them to your browser. Session cookies are used for authentication; operational records may include resource IDs and error information.

Retention and deletion

Account and project information is retained while you use the service unless you request deletion. Disconnecting Meta removes its saved identity, token, account details, and dependent builds and proposal threads. A signed deletion or app-removal notification from Meta applies this to all connections for that Meta identity.

We retain a minimal deletion receipt and a keyed, non-readable identity fingerprint to prevent an older authorization from restoring deleted data. Operational records and provider-managed backups may persist according to their retention settings; contact us for a deletion request covering those copies.

Independently uploaded source and creative files are not removed by disconnecting Meta. If they contain copied Meta data, or you want your entire Adplane account and files deleted, contact us. We may need to verify ownership before acting. You can also remove Adplane in Facebook Business Integrations to revoke access.

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We will publish material policy updates here.
