Terms of service

Your account and content

Use only accounts, Pages and content you have permission to manage. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for your ads, targeting, budgets and compliance with applicable laws and Meta's advertising rules.

Your content stays yours. You allow us to store and process it, and send it to Meta when needed to carry out your instructions. Do not upload unlawful content or misuse the service.

You control changes to your ads

Connecting Meta, building a preview or approving a proposal does not create or launch ads. A separate deployment confirmation lets Adplane create or update real resources in your Meta account. New campaigns, ad sets and ads start paused—not in a sandbox. Updates to existing ads keep their delivery status and can affect ads that are already running.

Launching, pausing or resuming a campaign requires a separate confirmation. Launching or resuming can start spending. You are responsible for Meta's advertising charges. Budget summaries are not bills, spend guarantees or hard spending caps; reports reflect Meta's data.

Check the outcome

Meta may reject an action, and a multi-step change may stop after some steps have succeeded. Review the result before continuing. Closing Adplane or disconnecting Meta does not stop running ads, undo completed changes or cancel charges. You can manage your campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager.

About the service

Adplane is under active development. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, Meta's approval or advertising results. We may change features or suspend access to protect the service or meet legal requirements. We will post updated terms here. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
